This is a utility that attempts to work around those aforementioned restrictions with UWP games. For those people some have found that a utility called Forza Emuwheel works for them. The wheel is fine in other games so we know it's not an issue with the wheel. Some people find that no matter what they can not get the controls to assign.I had this on my PC and the fix was to switch to the controller tab, say that I didn't want to save any changes and then switch back to the wheel tab - the UNASSIGNED listings then appeared and I was able to assign everything. If UNASSIGNED isn't there then you will not be able to assign any functions. It should say UNASSIGNED with an exclamation mark next to that if it's an essential game function (all of those need to be assigned before it will let you save the control setup).

When they go to the wheels section, next to each function there's nothing listed. You should just need to go into the controls screen, select the wheel section and then start reassigning controls but there's two issues that have come up for some people. We can get it working no problem when testing (and we know of lots of others that are fine as well) but some people have to try a couple of different things to make it work.

Yes, we've seen a few people with issues with FH4 due to the very restrictive way in which UWP games have to support wheels.
